Emi is a happy, fun, spunky, witty little lady. So it is rough on everyone when she has a hard day, let alone a whole week of hard days! Her trouble started on Monday this week when Mom caught her dosing off in a large pail of water at Grandma Bryce's house. Then Tuesday she took a nose-dive out of the minivan at the grocery store. She got a bloody nose, bloody mouth and goose egg on her forehead. Another very good reason for keeping paper towels in the van.
By Wednesday her luck didn't change as she woke up with a fever and spent the day wandering the house lethargically. Thursday was almost the same except she had a little more energy. By Friday she had a new molar in her mouth and a thorn in her foot. Mom tried for a while to remove the sliver but after ten minutes of torture the thorn didn't budge. Thankfully that night Daddy was able to fix up her little foot.
Despite all the trouble this week this little girl still knows how to be happy. She took a little time off of her difficulties to have a mud party with her siblings.
